Clean hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff and a good value. Climate control, a private safe, and flat-screen TV in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Clean bathroom with bathtubs. Had excellent and absolutely perfect location to Osaka airport, close to Ikuta Shrine. Next to train station and shopping areas, and major shopping malls.

Pros of our stay at the hotel were mind-blowing! The staff was super helpful, the rooms were clean and equipped with all the essentials. The location near the train station and Chinatown was jaw-dropping. The free coffee in the lounge area was a nice touch. We had a fantastic time!

It was such a time-saver to be able to freshen up and get ready for important meetings without leaving the property. The skilled stylists provided excellent service, ensuring that I looked professional and well-groomed throughout my stay.

One minor inconvenience I encountered during my stay at Plaza was the lack of parking space.

My Easter stay was decent overall. the hotel offered good value for money. the room was clean and sufficient for a solo traveler, with all basic amenities I needed. the location was quite central, with a train station nearby and a short walk to Chinatown. There were also several food options, including a coffee shop and fast-food chains, in close proximity.

The room was a little tight for space, and could be congested with additional luggage or for more than one person. the breakfast offered was not worth the price, with very limited options and leftover food.
